Want to meet new people and try different cuisines? Join us at the foodmarket at the Business Campus. The market will takes place at the Atrium in the Corry Tendeloohuis. You can come by between 11:30 and 14:00 to grab a free snack and to get to know other students. Claim your free spot and register above!

Pita Chef 
Pita Chef was founded by the brothers Bassel and Bashar. They come from Syria and started selling filled pita sandwiches at the Albert Cuyp market in 2021. 

Kiss Bakery’s Pastel de Nata’s 
This traditional Portugese pastry is a real treat. In recent years, thanks to social media, it has seen a rise in popularity. 
 

Hi, I am Erika. I was born and raised in the countryside of Japan where you can see Mt. Fuji from everywhere.  I spend most of my childhood with my great grandmother Yao, who was mainly looking after and feeding me with her magical hands. Her dish was always simple. miso and rice. She used to say- "If I have those two then my meal is done.". She told me to appreciate what we have.
 
I have been making miso over 10 years with only the traditional Japanese methods, now I'm based in Rotterdam / Netherlands and Susono / Japan.

In 2020, Anas quit smoking and replaced it with lots of coffee. Soon, he felt tired and developed stomach and digestive issues. That’s when he discovered Yerba maté, a herb they used in Syria. It boosted his energy, reduced his symptoms, and brought back his motivation. But preparing it every day took too much time, so he sometimes fell back on coffee. 

That’s why Anas created Sparkling Yerba Maté: a refreshing, energizing drink that combines the classic South American flavor with sparkling water. A healthy alternative to soda and energy drinks.
