What started as a small idea quickly grew into one of 2024’s fastest-growing Dutch companies. On November 25, they will share their journey from humble beginnings to success, offering students honest insights, inspiration, and practical lessons to help them shape their own path as future entrepreneurs.

Britt Messing and Tess Scholten 

Tess Scholten (28) and Britt Messing (28) founded the full-service social agency ‘For You’. In 2024, the Financieele Dagblad named it one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. In 2025, they were also selected for Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in the Media & Marketing category. And with plans to expand abroad, their journey is far from over. 

Frida Boeke (Moderator)

Frida Boeke is a writer, columnist, and podcast creator, but she began her career in the corporate world. For six years, she climbed the ranks at Heineken, working in Germany, Congo, and the Netherlands, until she decided it was time for a change. In 2024, her first book, The Time of Your Life, was published, in which she humorously explores the meaning of working life. She also writes a weekly column for the Dutch daily newspaper Financieele Dagblad.
