Controversial issues in multicultural secondary classroom discussions

This study is part of a two-year research project regarding discussion of controversial issues in multicultural secondary classroom. The aim of the study was to develop lesson plans and strategies to help teachers prepare and lead classroom discussions in order to foster knowledge, attitudes and skills for democratic citizenship.
