Seminar (Loughborough)

January 2017 there was a meeting in Loughborough (United Kingdom) hosted by Youth Sport Trust. During this meeting a seminar was organised for representatives from organisations in disability sport and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) schools from the United Kingdom. After a welcome by organizing partner Youth Sport Trust, the SEDY project was introduced and the results of the inventory phase were presented. The three developed pilots were presented and experiences were shared in a panel discussion. The partners brought students to learn from the Finnish PAPAI project and to learn to perform inclusive focus groups. The following two days were partner meetings with workshops on the TOPSPORTS ABILITY program and the ‘Focus on Me’ pilot. Finally, the concept of the final report from the inventory phase and the final conference and evaluation were discussed.
