Morning Yoga
Join us for a yin yoga class
EvenementYoga is a nice way to work out because it helps both the body and mind. Come to Morning Yoga at FLOOR to start your day, reduce stress levels and activate happy hormones before your course.
Do you want to try out different forms of yoga? FLOOR has got you covered. In this monthly class teacher Merei offers a variety of different forms of yoga. In this class we will practice yin yoga, a form of yoga which works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. This yoga class reduces stress and anxiety and brings balance to the organs through meridian stimulation. After the 1-hour class you can stick around and have a moment to relax, eat a snack and drink tea.

Merei (yoga instructor)
I have been practicing yoga since 2014 and teaching since 2023. Throughout my own yoga journey, I have had the privilege to explore a number of different yoga styles and study with many inspirational teachers, including Satya & Sahaj, Tina Rumenović, David Robson & Jelena Vesić, Dylan Bernstein, Nick Presser, Xinia Alderson, Miho Reineke and Eva Raal. I was first introduced to Ashtanga yoga in 2021. From my personal experience, I truly believe in the transformative and healing powers of this practice, and the potential to cultivate loving, honest and harmonious relationships with ourselves and others. I am committed to sharing this practice with integrity and honoring the tradition as is currently taught by Sharath Jois in Mysore India, yet allowing space within the structure to let the student explore their own truths. I do this by supporting practitioners with observing attentiveness and gentle, intuitive touch. In this way, I aim to facilitate and hold a safe, noncompeting, welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities. I teach mainly in English.
