After his academic studies at Dutch and Spanish universities, and some years of international travelling and working, Marco van Hees started his professional career at the strategic product marketing dept. in the high-tech industry (Philips/NXP). Later, Marco van Hees worked as an international distribution manager at Tata Steel, where he combined his career with teaching young professionals at the University of Applied Sciences.
