Marjolein Snaterse is sinds 2004 werkzaam aan de HvA, afdeling HBO-V. In 2008 voltooide zij haar Master Evidence Based Practice (UVA/AMC) met de publicatie Antibiotic-based lock solutions for prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infection: a systematic review of randomized controlled trials. Opgeleid als Intensive Care verpleegkundige in het VUmc en eerstegraads docent voor het Hoger gezondheidszorg onderwijs, richt zij zich nu op onderwijsontwikkeling, hoofdfasecordinatie en docentschap. Vanuit de programmalijn van weten naar doen levert zij een bijdrage aan het opnemen van richtlijnen in het verpleegkunde onderwijs.

Marjolein Snaterse has worked at the Hogeschool of Amsterdam, department of Nursing since 2004. In 2008 she completed the Master Evidence Based Practice (University of Amsterdam/Academic Medical Center) with the publication Antibiotic-based lock solutions for prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infection: a systematic review of randomized controlled trials. Trained as an Intensive Care Nurse at the VU University Medical Center and now a senior lecturer for higher education, she now focuses on education development, programme coordination and lecturing. As a member of the academic staff she has the responsibility to incorporate guidelines into nursing education.
