Entrepreneurship lunch with Neele PetzoldEvenement
On 19 March we will welcome Neele Petzold as a speaker at our Entrepreneurship lunch.
Neele is research associate at the FachHochschule in Münster and PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The research focuses on disruptive innovation. In a recent paper, she aims to develop the theory of disruptive innovation by complexifying the concept of disruptive innovation to support the understanding of its unfolding and advance its manageability.
By taking the process view within this systematic literature review, she analyzes the scattered findings on the process of disruptive innovation to identify the events and actions leading to a disruptive effect over time. As such, she challenges the understanding of disruptive innovation as an outcome and the linearity of the process by proposing that disruptive innovation can be understood as occurring through emergent dynamics.
Date: 19 March
Location: Amsterdam Venture Studios, Wibautstraat 3b.
Amsterdam Venture Studios is located at Wibauthuis, left of the main entrance.
In order to stimulate cross-fertilization between entrepreneurship and other disciplines, the Entrepreneurship Program organizes Entrepreneurship lunches. The lunches take place every two weeks in the Venture Studios in the Wibauthuis. Both AUAS and external researchers and teachers are invited to present their work and discuss current entrepreneurship issues with a select audience. Other AUAS spearheads are also actively involved.
