Entrepreneurship lunch with Richard MartinaEvenement
Richard Martina will present the first results of his paper Working Passionately Does Not Always Pay Off: The Negative Moderating Role of Passion on the Relationship Between Deliberate Practice and Venture Performance on 22 January 2019.
Richard Martina is one of the researchers connected to the Entrepreneurship Program. He is particularly active in the fields of Entrepreneurship Education and Collaborative Entrepreneurship, i.e. collaborative business modelling.
Richard focuses in particular on the role of cognition, making decisions and expertise. He has his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, an MSc in Strategy & Innovation and an MA in Science & Technology Studies from Maastricht University and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Curacao.

In order to stimulate cross-fertilization between entrepreneurship and other disciplines, the Entrepreneurship Program organizes Entrepreneurship lunches. The lunches take place every two weeks in the Venture Studios in the Wibauthuis. Both AUAS and external researchers and teachers are invited to present their work and discuss current entrepreneurship issues with a select audience. Other AUAS spearheads are also actively involved.
